How long does the Walmart MoneyCard dispute investigation process take?

The dispute investigation can take up to 45 days. If we are unable to reach a decision within 10 business days (20 business days for a new accounts) a provisional credit may be provided for the disputed transaction amount. A provisional credit is a temporary credit that may be applied to your account during the dispute investigation.
